2 Tablespoon olive oil 1 onion julliened 1 green pepper jullienned 1 garlic clove minced 6-8 jumbo shrimp peeled and devined 7 oz Pecan smoked Andoullie sausage 1/2 teaspoon dry basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/4 cup chicken broth 3 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Sautè onions and peppers in 2 TBS oil of medium high heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and stir, cook for about 1 minute.
Add sausage and shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir to combine and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, making sure your shrimp is cooked through.
