Goat Meat | Ginger Powder | Allspice Jamaican Curry Powder | Onion All-Purpose Seasoning | Garlic Fresh Thyme | Oil | Potato Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Rinse the meat with vinegar and water, then season with curry , all-purpose seasoning, ginger, allspice, onion, garlic, and thyme. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
Remove the onion and garlic and sauté the goat in your pressure cooker until brown, then set goat aside and sauté the onions and garlic until softened.
Add the goat back into the pressure cooker, with water and cook on high pressure for 40 minutes, then allow to naturally release for 10 minutes.
Next, place on sauté setting again and add potatoes and a whole scotch bonnet pepper. Cook until the potatoes have softened, and remove the pepper.
