Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs your favorite steak cut into bite size pieces, see notes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Place the steak in a large bowl and coat it with olive oil.
  • Then add the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to coat.
  • Cook on 400F for 7-10 minutes.

Notes

  • It's so easy to cook these steak bites exactly how you like them! At 7 minutes, mine were cooked medium rare, for more well done, take them up to 10 minutes.
  • Cut the steak into similar sized cubes so that the cook through evenly.
  • Make sure that the steak pieces are well coated in the oil, this will help them to brown nicely.
  • Sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon or any steak will work. I used boneless ribeye.
  • You can add other seasonings like oregano and red pepper flakes to spice things up a bit.
