This delicious Peach Cobbler cocktail. combines the sweet flavors of peach whiskey, with Baileys Irish cream and a dash of citrus flavor with Cointreau. The result is a rich and creamy cocktail, with the subtle sweetness of peaches, and warming back notes of whiskey.

Ingredients

  • brown sugar for rimming glass
  • crushed Graham Crackers for rimming glass
  • 2 oz peach whiskey I use Crown Royal Peach - plus 1 teaspoon extra for rimming glass
  • 1 oz Baileys
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • ice cubes for shaking cocktail
  • pinch ground nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • On a small plate, spread a layer of brown sugar and crushed graham crackers. In another small plate, add a teaspoon of peach whiskey. Take the rim of your cocktail glass and dip it in the teaspoon of peach whiskey and then into the crushed graham crackers, coating the rim. Set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of peach whiskey, Baileys, and Cointreau. Fill your shaker halfway with ice, secure its lid tightly, and vigorously shake for about 15-20 seconds until all ingredients have been thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture from your shaker into the rimmed glass.
  • Garnish by sprinkling a pinch of nutmeg over the glass. Enjoy.

Notes

For extra garnish, add a thinly sliced peach to the rim of the glass.
