Air Fryer Steak Bites
Juicy, tender and so delicious, these air fryer steak bites are perfect for a main meal or tasty appetizer to share. Simply seasoned and quickly cooked, you can have these on the table in less than 15 minutes.

1 ½ lbs your favorite steak cut into bite size pieces, see notes 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoons kosher salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder
Place the steak in a large bowl and coat it with olive oil.
Then add the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss to coat.
Cook on 400F for 7-10 minutes.
It's so easy to cook these steak bites exactly how you like them! At 7 minutes, mine were cooked medium rare, for more well done, take them up to 10 minutes.
Cut the steak into similar sized cubes so that the cook through evenly.
Make sure that the steak pieces are well coated in the oil, this will help them to brown nicely.
Sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon or any steak will work. I used boneless ribeye.
You can add other seasonings like oregano and red pepper flakes to spice things up a bit.
