Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.
  • Use to season your meats, seafood, vegetables, and stews.
  • Use 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of food.

Notes

  • This makes about 1/3 cup of seasoning.
  • The benefit of this blend is that you control the number of spices and salt. Make this blend salt free by eliminating the salt or drastically reducing it.
  • I use Kosher salt in this recipe but feel free to use any salt you prefer. If using table salt, you will need to lessen the amount of salt as table salt is denser and would lead to salty seasoning.
  • Make sure that your ingredients aren't stale. Rub a little of each between your fingers; if they release an aroma, they are good to use.
