- 10 fresh strawberries Stemmed and Cut in half
- 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp white sugar
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Add strawberries, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and black pepper to a bowl. Stir to combine making sure strawberries are fully coated. Cover and leave at room temperature for 1 hour. Eat as is or serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
