Fruity Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes cut in half
  • 1 8 oz tin of crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Grab a huge bowl and add all the above ingredients. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours to allow all the flavors to merge. Enjoy on your favorite bread, cracker, or tortilla chip.
