Blackened Seasoned Mahi Mahi

Our homemade blackened seasoning really gives a punch to this tender Mahi Mahi. Have this dish ready and on the table in under 15 minutes. An easy weeknight meal.

Mahi Mahi filets Unsalted butter Blackened seasoning Olive oil lemon juice


Dip the Mahi Mahi filets in melted butter, covering both sides of each filet. Then season both sides of the Mahi Mahi filets with blackened seasoning.

Step 1

Place a large skillet pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil once the pan is hot. Add the fish to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. 

Step 2

Squeeze lemon juice over the Mahi Mahi filets before serving.
