Smoked Turkey Leg | Onion Garlic | Red Pepper Flakes Collard Greens | Chicken Broth Apple Cider Vinegar
Add the turkey leg, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and broth into the Pressure Cooker, then add collard greens on top.
Pressure cook on high pressure for 35 minutes, then do a quick release and remove the turkey leg.
Use forks to shred the meat off the bone, and return the meat to the pressure cooker.
