Prepare 

Add the turkey leg, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and broth into the Pressure Cooker, then add collard greens on top.

Pressure Cook

Pressure cook on high pressure for 35 minutes, then do a quick release and remove the turkey leg.

Shred Meat

Use forks to shred the meat off the bone, and return the meat to the pressure cooker.

Lastly, stir in apple cider vinegar and enjoy!

Tips

To make this dish vegetarian, use vegetable broth and adjust the pressure cook time to 25 minutes.
