This Cheesy Hot Shrimp Dip is the perfect smooth and cheesy dip to serve at your next party. A deliciously seasoned cheese sauce that can be served as dip or poured over as a sauce.

Instructions
Add cream cheese, lemon juice, Velveeta, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and tomaoes with green chilis to the slow cooker insert. Set to low and cover. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp and cook for an additional 1 hr, stirring occasionally and making sure all the shrimp is covered.
During the last 20 minutes, set the cover ajar to thicken the sauce a little.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve. Enjoy.
Notes
I like to serve these with toasted bread buttered with garlic herb butter. Serving with chips also works.
