1 small loaf French bread cut into 1 inch cubes, about 4 cups 3 Tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat air fryer basket to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place cut bread pieces into a large bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
Pour the olive oil mixture over the bread pieces and stir with a spatula, ensuring all the pieces get covered by the olive oil.
Place the bread in the preheated air fryer in a single layer and air fry for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and serve
Store croutons in an airtight container at room temperature. They will last for up to 2 weeks.
I like to make these with olive oil, but vegetable, canola or avocado will all work well.
Try mixing up the seasonings. Most dried herbs and spices will work great so have fun experimenting!
Let cool before storing or enjoy right away.
