Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons Duke's mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combined.
  • Use a large cookie scoop to drop the biscuits by spoonful onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove and serve with favorite toppings, like butter or jam.

Notes

  • I prefer to use Duke’s mayo for these biscuits but any brand of mayonnaise should work.
  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can use all-purpose flour. If you use all-purpose flour, mix in 3 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it.
