Juicy Air Fryer Turkey Burgers
These Air Fryer Turkey Burgers are juicy and full of tons of flavor. They can be cooked from fresh or frozen in the Air Fryer and are perfect for when you need a good burger. You’ll never want to make your burgers any other way once you Air Fry them.
Servings 4 people
- 1 lb ground turkey 85/15
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- ½ onion grated
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine your onion, ground turkey, unsweetened apple sauce, ranch seasoning, Worchestire sauce, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until combined. Form into 4 equally sized hamburger patties.
Then place your burgers in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to have them firm up a bit.
Preheat your Air Fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit by running your Air fryer on 360 degrees for about 3 minutes. Place your burgers on your Air fryer, making sure they don’t overlap or touch. Cook on 360 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Your burgers are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a quick read thermometer.
*For frozen burgers, place burger straight into preheated air fryer basket and cook on 360 degrees for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
*A little bit of oil on the air fryer basket can help prevent sticking.
*For beef burgers, cook ground beef burgers in the Air Fryer on 360 degrees for 13-15 minutes or whenever my meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees. Ground beef should be cooked to 165 degrees.
