Air Fryer Roasted Shishito Peppers
These air fryer shishito peppers are such a quick and easy appetizer to make, and they are always a crowd pleaser. Just a couple of ingredients and they are ready to serve in 10 minutes.

8 oz shishito peppers rinsed and dried ½ Tablespoon olive oil Salt to taste
Coat peppers in oil and salt place in air fryer basket.
Air fry on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes until peppers are roasted and blistered, shaking halfway.
Wash and pat dry the peppers before coating them. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove the excess moisture.
Don't overcook the peppers. They should be just blistering. If you overcook them they can become soft and mushy.
Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket . Cook them in two batches if you are making more.
