Equipment

Sheet Pan

Ingredients

12 oz turkey bacon slices

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Lay bacon flat on the lined sheet pan side-by-side, careful to not overlap the bacon.
Once the oven is preheated, place bacon in the oven on the middle rack and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Remove and serve.

Notes

Most turkey bacon brands are seasoned with a smokey taste for flavor. Feel free to season it by sprinkling on fresh cracked black pepper.
Place the strips of bacon in a single layer on the baking sheet. If they are overlapping, some parts won't get crispy.
Make sure that your oven is fully preheated before placing the turkey bacon in. This will guarantee a crispy texture.
