  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 Tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley

Chicken Wings

  • Pat dry chicken wings with a paper towel. Place in a large bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  • Place cornstarch in a bowl. Place chicken wings in the cornstarch mixture, coating all sides of the chicken and shaking off any excess cornstarch. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket.
  • Close the basket and cook chicken wings at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes, turning and rotating chicken about every 10 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is done cooking, place chicken pieces in a bowl. Set aside and make the sauce.

  • Add the sauce ingredients into a small saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk until combined and butter has melted. Remove from heat and pour over wings. Toss to coat all the wings. Remove and serve.

Adding the cornstarch to your wings will give them an extra crunchy texture. You can omit the cornstarch if preferred.
