Crispy Air Fryer Beet Chips
These Homemade Beet Chips are delicious and crispy when made in the Air Fryer. It's the perfect quick and easy healthy snack.

- 2 beet roots peeled and sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Place sliced beets in a bowl and toss with oil. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry on 330 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes (until beets are slightly crispy), stirring beets and seperating them in a single layer if they overlap during cooking.
Remove once beets get slightly crispy and lay them on a plate, the beets will get more crispy once removed. Salt to taste.
- The cook time on these beet chips will vary depending on your air fryer brand, the thickness of your sliced beets, and whether you choose to overlap them or not. Your beets could be done in as quickly as 15 minutes.
- Be careful not to leave your beets in too long or they will taste burnt. As soon as they are slightly crisp, remove them from the air fryer. They will crisp some more once removed from the air fryer.
