Air Fryer Roasted Shishito Peppers
These air fryer shishito peppers are such a quick and easy appetizer to make, and they are always a crowd pleaser. Just a couple of ingredients and they are ready to serve in 10 minutes.
Servings 2 to 4 servings
- 8 oz shishito peppers rinsed and dried
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Coat peppers in oil and salt place in air fryer basket.
Air fry on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes until peppers are roasted and blistered, shaking halfway.
- Wash and pat dry the peppers before coating them. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove the excess moisture.
- Don't overcook the peppers. They should be just blistering. If you overcook them they can become soft and mushy.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook them in two batches if you are making more.
