Rotisserie Chicken Salad
This Rotisserie Chicken Salad is creamy, tangy, and full of bold flavors. It’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, and even dips!

Ingredients
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken meat removed and chopped, no skin
- 2 avocado peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- ½ red onion chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoon bbq sauce
- 2 Tablespoon sour cream
- 2 Tablespoon relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Combine chicken, avocado, red bell pepper, celery, and red onion in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk mayonnaise, bbq sauce, sour cream, and relish in a smaller bowl. Pour sauce mixture over chicken mixture and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on bread, lettuce for wraps, or as a dip. Whatever you prefer and Enjoy :)

Precooked chicken breast can be subbed for the rotisserie chicken
