FAQ's

Is it cheaper to make your own coffee creamer?

It is, not only cheaper but without any added preservatives or extra ingredients you can't pronounce.

I only have heavy cream, can I still make this?

Yes! This recipe calls for half and half, which is half milk, and half heavy cream. So if you have both of those ingredients you can actually make your own half and half for this recipe. While you can just use heavy cream, half and half provide a light creaminess without it feeling too full or heavy.

Notes

  • Before each use, give the container a good shake to ensure all the ingredients are well mixed. Store the homemade coffee creamer in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • The base recipe for coffee creamer is half and half and sweetened condensed milk.

Thanks so much, Deesha! I got these bottles from a bargain shop in the Charlotte, NC area, but I can't remember the name of the store. It was years ago though.
