- Turkey wing drumettes: If purchasing frozen wings, you'll want to defrost them first and then season them.
- Oil - any high-heat oil will work. You only need a little to ensure your wings are nice, golden, and crispy.
- Seasonings: smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid smoke, kosher salt, and black pepper.
How to Make Seasoned Air-Fried Turkey Wings
Step 1: Preheat the air fryer basket to 370°F.
Place turkey wings, oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid smoke, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and rub the seasonings into the turkey wings, ensuring all of the wings are covered.
Step 2: Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 370°F for 20 minutes.
Then flip the wings and cook for 10 minutes more. Remove wings and enjoy.

Why add liquid smoke?
I love the taste of smoked turkey and wanted to replicate that flavor in these wings. I've added lots of smoked paprika and liquid smoke to get some of that smoky flavor.
